I used to have this series called “Sweet Tooth Sunday” on social media. Every Sunday I would post healthy snack recipe either I created or discovered. The recipes were minimal ingredients, things most of us probably already had in our homes, with easy step by step instructions. This gained quite a bit of traction so, I thought I would bring all the recipes to one place.
In this “Snack Hack” e-book, you will be able to choose between 15 different recipes. Some sweet, some savory, some crunchy, some salty, etc. All snacks are under 300 calories per serving and are great to help curve those cravings in a healthy way.
