Schedule your sessions with Mal for a hour 1 : 1 in person training session. Open to all training levels from your first time in the gym, to newly coming back, or for you advance girls that are needing more attention to detail.

**Sessions expire 30 days after purchase. 

** Also includes: meal plans, workouts to do one your own with video tutorials, weekly check ins, 2-3 calls per week.
